We had an enjoyable evening at the pumpkin patch this week. Leah and I came to Farmstead's new location last year, but this was the first time that all the kids got to come.
Either this swing is HUGE, or my kids shrunk really fast.

We all made it through the belly of The Beast, even though Leah was a little more nervous this year than she was last year.
Sunset, sunflowers, and an American flag... all of mom's favorite things in one shot!
As much as mom loved seeing all those sunflowers, she got some even better ones from Shaelyn this week.
Shaelyn decided to surprise mom with a special note of appreciation each morning that was attached to a handmade paper sunflower.
It made mom feel super appreciated, special, and loved.
