Shaelyn has been working hard for months to prepare for this year's spring musical, a production based on the life of one of Hollywood's motion picture stars, Charlie Chaplin.
She was thrilled to be selected for one of the lead roles as Hedda Hopper, a nosey reporter who is trying to expose Charlie for his immoral behavior in Hollywood.
They did such an amazing job!

But what blew us away was Shaelyn's musical solo when she sang "All Falls Down."
After she nailed her powerful jazzy ballad about bringing down Charlie Chaplin, the whole audience erupted in applause.
We always knew she would own the stage someday!
The whole family was bursting with pride, especially Grandma Jody who loves the theater!
