Chelsea is officially 12-years-old now!
She invited a fun group of friends over for some games, cupcake decorating, and a pajama movie party. There was a lot of giggling and they had so much fun!
She also got to celebrate some big milestones - like getting her first cell phone and getting her ears pierced!
All of a sudden this girl is growing up too fast!
